Booking & Reservations
Booking is easy! You can book a tour in three ways:

Once we receive your request, we'll confirm availability and send you a detailed itinerary and quote within 24 hours.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and autumn). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings if availability permits. For custom tours, we suggest booking 4-6 weeks in advance to allow time for itinerary planning.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), bank transfers, and cash payments upon arrival. A deposit is typically required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before or at the start of your tour.
Our cancellation policy is flexible:
- Free cancellation: Up to 7 days before departure
- 50% refund: Cancellations 3-7 days before departure
- No refund: Cancellations within 3 days of departure or no-shows
We understand that plans can change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your booking.
